“Rise and Shine” starts off with SpongeBob waking up and wondering what Patrick does in the morning. Patrick wakes up by his alarm clock and thinks that the lamp post is the thing that is ringing. After he does that, he goes into the kitchen where he tries to figure out how to get food out of a can. After he bangs his head a few times, he throws it to the wall and gets the food and goes to watch TV. He goes into the TV room and starts to eat. He eats his alarm clock and and starts getting thrown around his house until his rock opens and he starts a new day.
