SpongeBob fails his boating test again. Thinking that it’s rigged, Patrick decides to take it himself, and passes with a perfect score. When he goes to get his license, Patrick is told that he’s the millionth Bikini Bottomite to pass his or her test, winning him a free boat. He becomes SpongeBob’s personal chauffer. Their friendship is tested when SpongeBob becomes jealous, but it doesn’t help that Patrick rubs his license in SpongeBob’s face every chance he gets.
